Perpetual Swim Lessons
At Premier Swim Academy, we offer a comprehensive curriculum that teaches more than just swimming. Our certified and experienced instructors help students of all ages and levels develop essential water skills, cognitive abilities, social skills, speech development, and physical strength.
We create a fun, supportive environment where swimmers build confidence and safety in the water. Our goal is to foster a lifelong love of swimming through consistent lessons that ensure swimmers are comfortable, confident, and prepared to reach their aquatic goals.
Our Perpetual Swim Lessons provide year-round, consistent instruction to support skill development and retention. Swimmers attend weekly lessons in either a group or private setting on a monthly schedule. Plus we offer unlimited free makeup lessons within 90 days for added flexibility!

Fast Track Swim Lessons
Our Fast Track Program accelerates swimmers’ progress with focused, high-frequency lessons!
Fast Track Group Lessons: Swimmers attend four sessions over two weeks, practicing either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday at the same time each day with the same coach. Enrollment is determined by Academy level (see below for details).
Group Fast Tracks
Fast Track Private Lessons: Swimmers will receive one-on-one instruction with the same coach, attending four sessions over two weeks at the same set time. Lessons are available on either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule.

Water Aerobics
This popular program provides a full-body workout designed to improve cardiovascular health, build muscle strength, and increase flexibility—all while enjoying the low-impact benefits of water. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking for a refreshing change in your workout routine, Water Aerobics is perfect for all fitness levels.
The combination of resistance from the water and the cardiovascular benefits ensures a fun, effective workout. Each session is designed to help you build strength, increase endurance, and leave you feeling energized and revitalized.
*Please note: The Alpert JCC is a membership-based community center. Aqua fitness classes and recreational/lap swim are available to members only, and swim lessons and teams are open to the public with advanced registration.
