At Premier Swim Academy, we offer a comprehensive curriculum that teaches more than just swimming. Our certified and experienced instructors help students of all ages and levels develop essential water skills, cognitive abilities, social skills, speech development, and physical strength.
We create a fun, supportive environment where swimmers build confidence and safety in the water. Our goal is to foster a lifelong love of swimming through consistent lessons that ensure swimmers are comfortable, confident, and prepared to reach their aquatic goals.
Our Perpetual Swim Lessons provide year-round, consistent instruction to support skill development and retention. Swimmers attend weekly lessons in either a group or private setting on a monthly schedule. Plus we offer unlimited free makeup lessons within 90 days for added flexibility!
Our Fast Track Program accelerates swimmers’ progress with focused, high-frequency lessons!
Fast Track Group Lessons: Swimmers attend eight sessions over two weeks, practicing Monday-Thursday at the same time each day with the same coach. Enrollment is determined by Academy level (see below for details).
Fast Track Private Lessons: Swimmers will receive one-on-one instruction with the same coach, attending four sessions over two weeks at the same set time. Lessons are available on either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule.
At Premier Swim Academy, our Parent and Me program is the heart of our swim philosophy. These classes create a special opportunity for parents to explore the joy of swimming and water play alongside their little ones, all while building comfort and confidence in the water. Our Infant/Toddler lessons are designed to help your child feel safe, supported, and start developing a lifelong love for the water from an early age.

My name is Kayla Cunningham and I am a Deck Manager and Swim Instructor for Premier at the Aliso Viejo Aquatics Center!
I grew up loving the water. I started my swim journey with NOVAquatics for about a year, then I transitioned to playing water polo and swimming all 4 years in high school, and played for a couple seasons in college as well. I am currently at Saddleback College where I am working on my Associates for Kinesiology and plan on transferring to obtain my Bachelors and then hopefully my Masters. My goal is to provide physical and hydrotherapy to kids.
Working for Premier was a no-brainer! My brother worked here a few years back and when I saw how much he enjoyed it, I knew I’d love it too! Premier’s goal to ensure water safety as well as help families reach their swimming goals in a embracing community is so amazing, and I am truly blessed to be a part of such a wonderful company. I love working with everyone and seeing the smiling faces from the families everyday! Such a wonderful community, like a family on its own!
Outside of the water and school, I like to spend time with my family, dogs, and friends. Some of my hobbies include line dancing, art, and a new-found love for snowboarding. I love all genres of music but my favorite has to be country (hence the line dancing).
I cannot wait to meet you all, hope to dance with y’all on deck!
Hi, my name is Aaliyah and I’m a Deck manager and Swim instructor at our LNAC facility.
I enjoy reading, my favorite author is Colleen Hoover. I like to listen to music throughout my day. My favorite animal is a dolphin and I LOVE the beach. I look forward to seeing you all in the water and on deck!
Hii my name is Erica! Currently, I am an early grad junior at Laguna Hills High School, graduating with the class of 2025. I am a financial analysis intern for Porsche where I will continue my education while in university this fall; I’ve also spent my morning and weekends fencing at my local fencing club for 10 years and counting!
I grew up always loving swimming, leading me to transition into joining my swim team, landing my first job as a lifeguard, and now working as a swim instructor for Premier. I look forward to seeing you all and I am so excited to make swimming a fun and safe experience for everyone!
A lifelong swimmer and mentor, I thrive on sharing the joys and essential skills of swimming with others. My journey in the water began with childhood swim lessons, evolving into competition as an age-grouper, high school, and collegiate athlete. After more than 25 years in corporate marketing and strategy, I’m excited to channel my expertise in communication, mentoring, and organization into delivering high-quality swim instruction. My mission is to foster water safety awareness and instill a lifelong love of swimming in a supportive, engaging, and safe environment.
Beyond my work, I embrace the outdoors with my family—skiing, hiking, and traveling. I actively train with a master’s swim team and compete in open-water swims during the summer. When I’m not in the water, you’ll find me in the garden, at a yoga class, or enjoying time at the beach with our black lab.
