Submitting an inquiry or interest form does not guarantee enrollment, class placement, instructor availability, or participation in any particular program.

When submitting registration or enrollment information, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Participation in Premier Swim Academy programs may be subject to additional policies, waivers, releases, payment terms, cancellation policies, make-up policies, safety requirements, and other program-specific terms presented during registration or enrollment.
If additional terms are presented to you during registration, those terms will also apply to your participation in the applicable program.
Payments and Billing
Fees for lessons, programs, merchandise, or other services will be disclosed during the applicable registration or purchasing process.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method and authorize applicable charges in accordance with the terms presented at registration or purchase.
Program-specific billing, cancellation, refund, enrollment, and payment policies may apply.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors or registration platforms on our behalf.
SMS/Text Messaging Program
Premier Swim Academy may offer SMS and MMS communications to prospective and existing customers who affirmatively consent to receive text messages.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Premier Swim Academy at the mobile number you provided.
Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in to receive SMS communications from Premier Swim Academy, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Submitting a lead form does not automatically enroll you in a Premier Swim Academy program.
