Water Aerobics

Say “Hi!” to our newest program, Water Aerobics!!

Premier Swim Academy is offering Water Aerobics out of the Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center! This highly-requested program offers participants a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles, and increases flexibility. Come for a fun workout and leave feeling energized!

The class is suitable for all fitness levels and can be tailored to individual’s needs and abilities. Looking for a great workout, a way to recover from injury, and/or a fun way to move with limited mobility? Water Aerobics can be the perfect fit for you!

 $15/class, billed monthly by number of classes in the month ($60/$75 a month)

Thursdays: 8:50am-9:35am
