After School Programs

Premier’s after school program is an exciting opportunity that hopes to bring people in the local community together for learning and physical education. This program is aimed to help children develop their mind and prepare them for any academic setting they could be a part of. It offers a multitude of opportunities including homework help and sports and recreation. These two-hour sessions will host classroom time to focus on homework and tutoring to assist them in their daily and weekly school focuses. The other half of our session, our sports and recreation portion, will provide structured activities that will challenge your child to work with others through physical activity. Our goal for this program is to have a positive impact on youth development in education, recreation, and social enrichment.

Our Classroom

We will be offering classrooms for the children that will be a quiet clean area for homework help. Our classrooms have screens, desks, chairs, flexible seating and construction paper all available for working. Our tutors will walk around and check in with each child to make sure they are on task and getting the help they need for school readiness. The tutors will also prepare and help students with organization and coursework management, where applicable. This time will be used primarily for a quiet workplace, task orientation, and critical thinking.

Sport And Recreation

This is an outdoor experience allowing your child to showcase all their physical talents. These sports and activities will always have variations of the sport being played. Premier staff will be encouraging children to participate in daily physical activity as it positively promotes their physical, mental and emotional well-being. Our program’s set activities, tasks and goals will be a great chance for everyone involved feel accomplished and successful in their time spent.
