Sweet Peas

Sweet Peas is an educational gymnastics program designed to promote physical, social and cognitive development in children 4 months to 4 years old. Early childhood provides important windows of developmental opportunity. Taught by early childhood experts with experience and training in gymnastics and active learning, Sweet Pea classes expertly blend brain development objectives with joyful and energetic gymnastic based active learning.

For Ages: 4 months – 4 years

The Sweet Peas curriculum focuses on age-appropriate gymnastics. Taught in a social environment, Sweet Peas provides important life lessons in self-awareness, courage, success, and friendship. Research shows that movement and sensory activities are the basis for cognitive development. Children of all ages NEED shared childhood experiences to enrich their physical and mental health.

Sweet Pea’s offers exactly this. The fine and gross motor skills that will be tested in the sweet pea setting pair perfectly with the silly and playful environment that our little ones will get to share with their instructors. Come see what it’s like to go through guided movements with our trained staff and enjoy the space with old and new friends.
