Water Aerobics

Our Water Aerobics class is suitable for all fitness levels and can be tailored to individual needs and abilities. The class is a fun and refreshing way to stay fit and active, and participants will leave feeling energized and rejuvenated.

Participants can expect a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles, and increases flexibility.
